Qigong is a 4,000-year-old Chinese practice that combines slow, intentional movement with deep breathing to cultivate balance and qi (vital life energy) within the body. In this all-levels class, you’ll explore gentle, flowing movements that support strength, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find practices to meet you where you are. With accommodations for injuries and a focus on restoring energy, this class helps reduce stress, improve health, and bring your whole self into better balance. There will be Qigong on Tuesdays at 10am and a GENTLE Qigong on Wednesdays at 11am. 1 hr
