How to book a class…

Booking and paying for your first class:

1) Click the “Book Now” button in the header section of this website or new to the class description. 
2) You will be directed to Punchpass (our booking software). Choose your class from the schedule.  You will be prompted to create an account.  You can also create an account using the “Create Account” button at the top right of the page.
3) Choose the kind of pass or membership works for you.  Don’t forget you have a free class option for your first class.
4) Pay for the pass or membership using a credit card, sign the waiver and you will be sent a reservation confirmation and QR code to your email.

Booking a class for a child:

1) Login to your Punchpass account. 
2) Go to your “account” menu in the upper right corner and select “children.”
3) Select “add a child” and enter their name and birthday, sign the waiver and click “save.”
4) You will be able to select your child from the drop-down menu when booking a class for that child.

Booking a class now that you have an account:

1) Go to the “Login” option in our website header or go directly to your Punchpass account online.  Login to your account.
2) Find the date and class you want in the schedule.
3) Make a reservation. If you have current credits,  it will automatically use existing credits. If you need to purchase a pass or membership it will let you know.
4) You will be sent a reservation confirmation and QR code to your email.

What to do when arriving for your class:

1) You will find a check-in station just inside the door of the studio with an iPad.
2) Find your name in the class list or type in your name and select yourself from the list.  Click “check-in.”
3) You can also scan the QR code on the iPad for the class.  It will open a check-in page and you can click “check-in” from your phone.
