[FLUX:] Presents: An Evening of Deep Listening & Visual Odessey

Step out of the daily grind and slide into a state of total, immersive calm. On Friday, October 16th, [FLUX:] is transforming Mojo Studio into a sanctuary of ambient sound and hypnotic light for a unique, floor-style relaxation event.

This isn't your typical sit-in-your-seat concert. We are clearing the floor so you can lie back, get comfortable, and completely submerge your senses. Sound artist James Hunter will weave a live, evolving ambient soundscape designed to ease your brainwaves into deep relaxation, while Jon Nutting bathes the studio walls in a visually stimulating, dreamlike light show. Together, they will create a fluid, living environment where sight and sound merge.

  • When: Friday, October 16th | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Where: Mojo Studio, 302 South 1st Street, Second Floor, Yakima, WA

  • On Us: Warm, comforting cups of decaf herbal chai will be provided to help you settle in.

  • What to Bring: This is a fully casual, floor-style event. Please bring a sleeping bag, yoga mat, pillows, or cushions—whatever you need to nestle in and stay comfortable on the hardwood floor.
