9:30–10:00 AM — Soundscape Yoga

10:15–10:45 AM — World Groove
Move to music from around the world in this fun, energetic class.

11:00–11:30 AM — Hip Hop
Get moving and try some fun hip hop-inspired movement.

11:30 AM–Noon — Kid’s Art Table
Bring the kids by for some creative fun!

Everyone is welcome! Come as you are, give something new a try, and have some fun with us.

Bring a yoga mat or use ours.
