CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
MO-Motional Intelligence with Carolyn
Motional Intelligence is a fun, dance-based movement class designed to challenge your brain, build new neural pathways and keep your mind and body engaged. Every class is different because your brain thrives on novelty. You’ll move, improvise, learn new patterns and discover ways of moving that you may not have tried before.
Motional Intelligence is about connecting the parts of you that are already connected, your mind, body and soul, and giving them all a chance to participate.
You’ll dance, explore, laugh and sometimes go the wrong way, and that’s the point! This class challenges the voice in your head that says you have to do everything perfectly. Instead, you’ll practice being curious, adaptable and comfortable with not knowing exactly what comes next.
No dance experience is necessary. There is no “right” way to move, and everyone can participate at their own level. Come move your brain, challenge your body, let go of perfection and have some fun while you’re doing it.
Motional Intelligence: where movement becomes a playground for your brain.
Ballet Body with Susan
Ever wanted to move like a ballerina? You can with no ballet experience required!
Ballet Body blends the beautiful fundamentals of ballet with the strengthening and toning principles of Pilates. You’ll work on balance, posture, flexibility, core strength and coordination while building long, strong, toned muscles through graceful, flowing movement.
Expect ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates-based strengthening, simple combinations and plenty of movement that challenges your body in new ways. You’ll strengthen, sculpt and stretch while discovering the joy of moving like a dancer.
All levels are welcome! Whether you’ve danced for years or have never taken a ballet class, you’ll be guided through the movements and encouraged to work at your own level.
Come have fun, feel strong and leave feeling a little more like a ballerina. All bodies are welcome.
Resonance Live with James
A full-sensory journey where live music, fluid movement, and deep meditation meet. This moving meditation blends intuitive somatic movement with a live, evolving soundscape, music that reacts in real time to what's unfolding in the room, creating a truly unique experience each time.
We begin with a centering meditation, move into a rhythm-led physical flow, and close with a live-scored sound bath, tuning into the body with awareness that supports repair, restoration, and deeper self-connection.
Open to all levels, this class invites you to experience body, mind, and spirit as one.
Qigong with Robin
Step into a slower, more mindful way of moving. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath and focused attention to support the health and well-being of both body and mind.
Through flowing, intentional movements, you’ll build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance without putting unnecessary stress on the body. The meditative nature of Qigong helps calm the mind, release tension and bring greater awareness to how you move and feel.
This is a gentle practice, but don’t mistake gentle for easy. With regular practice, Qigong can help you develop a stronger, more flexible and resilient body while cultivating a greater sense of calm and presence.
All levels welcome. No previous experience necessary.
Come breathe, move and reconnect with yourself.
