Join AJ Cooper for Balance and Sole, a fun and accessible three-hour workshop designed to help you build stronger feet and ankles, improve balance, and move with greater confidence. We’ll explore simple, practical exercises that can help support injury prevention and address common discomfort in the feet, ankles, knees, and hips.
Whether you’re a senior looking to improve stability, spend your workday on your feet or simply want to feel stronger and more comfortable in your body, this workshop is for you.

No special experience or fitness level required, just bring yourself and your soles!
Angela “AJ” Cooper began teaching yoga in 2011 and has since expanded her work into a wide range of movement and wellness disciplines. After moving to Yakima in 2012, she completed her 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training and continued to deepen her education with certifications in Somatic Healing, Trauma‑Informed Yoga, and Tai Chi.
In recent years, AJ’s focus has shifted toward a foot‑first, natural‑movement approach. She now blends her experience as a:
